Hot-dip galvanized steel wire is made with choice low carbon steel wire through wire drawing, acid washing and rust removing, annealing and coiling. It’s mainly used in construction, handicrafts, woven wire mesh, express way fencing mesh packaging of products and other daily uses.
Galvanized Steel Wire is immersed in the molten zinc melt, the production speed is fast, the coating is thick but not uniform, the market allows the minimum thickness of 45 microns, up to 300 microns or more Color darker, consumption of zinc metal and more, with the base metal to form infiltration layer, corrosion resistance, outdoor hot galvanized can be maintained for decades. As the resulting coating is thicker, hot-dip galvanized has better protective properties than galvanized zinc and is therefore an important protective coating for steel parts for harsh working conditions.
