Main technical requirements

  1. The DC power supply circuit should use a two-core cable, and a single-core cable can be used when necessary.
  2. It is not suitable to use PVC insulated cables in places with high temperature above 100°C or low temperature below -20°C.
  3. When laying cables in direct burial, steel tape armored cables should be used when the cables are under greater pressure or are in danger of mechanical damage.
  4. The cable core temperature under the action of the maximum working current shall not exceed the allowable value determined according to the service life of the cable.
  5. Determine the ambient temperature of the continuous allowable carrying capacity of the cable. If the cable is laid in the air or in a cable trench, the average temperature of the hottest month and day should be taken.

The selection of the PV Cable path shall comply with the following regulations

  1. Avoid the cables from being subjected to mechanical external force, overheating, corrosion and other hazards.
  2. Make the cable shorter under the condition of meeting the safety requirements.
  3. Easy to install and maintain.
  4. Avoid the place where the construction will be excavated. The parts that change up, down, left, and right in any laying method and all path conditions of the cable should meet the requirements of the allowable bending radius of the cable.

  1. Photovoltaic special cable

The cable from the string to the combiner box generally uses a photovoltaic special cable PV1-F 1*4mm2. The photovoltaic cable has a simple structure, and the polyolefin insulation material it uses has excellent heat resistance, cold resistance, oil resistance, and ultraviolet resistance. It can be used in harsh environmental conditions and has a certain mechanical strength.

Widely used in: connection cables from combiner box to DC cabinet, DC cabinet to inverter, inverter to transformer, transformer to power distribution device, and power distribution device to grid.

2) Power cable NH-VV

NH-VV copper core PVC insulated PVC sheathed fire-resistant power cable.

  1. Control cable

ZRC-KVVP copper core PVC insulated PVC sheathed braided shielded control cable. It is suitable for control and monitoring circuits and protection circuits of AC rated voltage 450/750V and below.
